Practical Rituals and Strategies for Leading with Real Power
This is where the vision lands.
This is where the transmission becomes movement.
This is where you begin to live the power you’ve remembered.
Power Practice #1: Start your day in presence, not performance.
Before you reach for your phone, your inbox, your role – reach for yourself.
Try this:
Sit quietly.
Place one hand on your belly, one on your heart.
Ask: What part of me wants to lead today?
Let the answer rise – it may be soft, wild, angry, calm.
That’s your truth.
Lead from there.
Power Practice #2: Use language that anchors your truth.
In meetings, emails, and conversations – notice where you soften your power.
Replace:
“I just wanted to…” → “I would like to…”
“Sorry to bother…” → “Thank you for your time.”
“Maybe we could…” → “My recommendation is…”
You don’t need to be hard.
You need to be clear.
Power Practice #3: Let yourself be fully visible.
Visibility is not vanity – it’s leadership.
Post that article. Speak that truth.
Say the thing everyone is avoiding.
Not because you want applause.
But because silence costs too much now.
Ask yourself daily:
Where am I still hiding – and why?
Where am I ready to be seen – and how?
Power Practice #4: Speak from frequency, not formula.
Whether in a keynote or a private 1:1:
Before you speak, pause.
Breathe into your body.
Drop into the deeper layer of what you know.
Speak from there.
It doesn’t have to be perfect.
It has to be real.
That’s what moves people.
That’s what builds trust.
That’s what changes rooms.
🕯 Power Ritual: Reclaim your Power Word.
Choose one word that evokes your leadership in its truest form.
It could be:
“Anchor” – “Fire” – “Softness” – “Command” – “Vision” – “Stillness”
„My word today is: _______. I carry it like a thread through my voice.“
Write it. Whisper it. Move with it.
Let it become the compass of your day.
Integration: Small shifts, big resonance.
Embodied power is not about adding more.
It’s about subtracting everything that was never yours.
Every time you say no from clarity –
every time you lead from softness,
every time you refuse to betray your inner knowing –
you rewrite the definition of leadership.
The Circle closes – and opens again.
Final Words
You are not here to fit in.
You are here to lead with truth, with tenderness, with unapologetic power.
And we need you.
✨ You are the new narrative.
Write it.
Speak it.
Live it.
Lead it.
So begin.
Not with a bang. Not with a plan.
With presence. With truth.
I remember who I am.
